The private Krishna Darshan journey will begin with an early morning doorstep pickup from the guest’s residence or designated location in Delhi NCR. Guests will meet the Apna Family Tour Manager and trained nurse before boarding the premium air-conditioned vehicle. Light satvik snacks and bottled water will be provided during the journey. Rest and washroom breaks will be arranged according to the guests’ comfort. After reaching Mathura, the group will visit Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple, the sacred birthplace of Lord Krishna. Apna Family representatives will assist with temple reporting, footwear management, queue coordination and senior-friendly movement. The visit will be planned outside peak crowd periods wherever possible. The next visit will be Dwarkadhish Temple, known for its devotional atmosphere and beautiful architecture. After the temple visits, guests will enjoy a light satvik lunch in a clean air-conditioned restaurant, followed by a planned rest break. The group will then proceed to Vrindavan. In Vrindavan, guests will visit the famous Banke Bihari Temple. The tour team will coordinate the darshan and try to minimise prolonged standing and crowd-related discomfort. In the evening, the group will visit Prem Mandir to experience its illuminated architecture, peaceful gardens and devotional atmosphere. Guests will then check into a senior-friendly hotel with lift access or ground-floor room priority. An early satvik dinner will be served. The second day will begin with an early breakfast at the hotel. The group will visit ISKCON Temple Vrindavan for peaceful morning darshan and kirtan. ISKCON offers a clean and organised temple environment that is generally comfortable for senior guests. After the visit, the group will depart for Barsana. On reaching Barsana, guests will visit the sacred Radha Rani Temple. The temple is located on a hill and requires careful mobility planning. Depending on availability and guest requirements, palki or local vehicle assistance may be arranged to reduce stair climbing. The ascent will follow a slow-paced protocol with scheduled rest breaks. The nurse will monitor fatigue, hydration and general comfort. After darshan, the group will enjoy a satvik lunch either in Barsana, Vrindavan or at a verified restaurant on the return route. The private vehicle will then begin the return journey to Delhi. Tea, washroom and stretching breaks will be arranged every 60–90 minutes according to the needs of the guests. The group is expected to reach Delhi in the evening for a safe doorstep drop. The Krishna Darshan Yatra will conclude with the blessings of Shri Krishna and Radha Rani. Tour Ends.

Your booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.

Cancellation charges depend on how many days before departure the cancellation request is received and on the policies of airlines, railways, hotels and other service providers. Non-refundable flight, train, hotel, darshan or permit charges will be deducted. The remaining eligible amount will be processed according to the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.

A trained nurse is provided only in packages that specifically mention onboard nursing support. Depending on the package, assistance may include medication reminders, hydration monitoring, BP and sugar checks, first-aid support, wheelchair coordination and emergency hospital mapping. This support does not replace hospital treatment or a personal doctor.

Travellers should provide details of current medicines, allergies, dietary restrictions, mobility limitations, major medical conditions and emergency contacts. Guests with serious heart, respiratory, neurological or uncontrolled medical conditions should consult their doctor before travelling and carry sufficient medicines and prescriptions.

Palki, battery vehicle, golf cart, jeep, ropeway or special local assistance may be arranged where available.
