- Strong on-ground coordination & communication

Caregiver
Provide respectful, safe, and supportive care for seniors and patients.
- Personal care support (mobility, hygiene, companionship)
- Basic vitals tracking and routine assistance
- Professional conduct, punctuality, and reporting
Trained Nurse
Handle medical readiness, vitals monitoring, medication support, and emergency escalation.
- GNM/ANM/BSc Nursing (or equivalent)
- Vitals, first-aid, incident reporting & escalation
- Comfortable with senior travel care & long hours
Coordinator
Coordinate bookings, onboarding calls, schedules, documentation, and family updates.
- Strong calling + WhatsApp coordination skills
- Follow-ups, documentation, and vendor scheduling
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and daily reporting
